Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, VC, private equity, corporate development, or a similar analytical M&A role.
- Strong financial modelling skills - you can build a model from scratch and know what to look for in one built by someone else.
- Experience managing or participating in due diligence processes across multiple workstreams.
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex analysis into something a senior audience can act on.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage tight timelines and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and making progress without perfect information.
Nice to Have
- Experience with professional services, accounting firm, or SMB acquisitions.
- Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis, diligence, or deal management.
- Experience working in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
