As Manager, Loan Fulfillment, you will oversee a regionally dispersed team responsible for the accurate and timely administration of loan services. Your leadership will ensure consistent, high-quality support across the loan lifecycle, aligning with organizational goals and service standards.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily operations and guide a team focused on loan maintenance and processing efficiency
- Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, standardization, and process redesign
- Monitor performance metrics including turnaround times, quality outcomes, and service levels
- Partner with credit, legal, and relationship teams to resolve complex fulfillment challenges
- Support system and process enhancements to improve accuracy and customer experience
- Develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks
Requirements
- University degree in business, administration, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of experience in financial services, with a focus on lending operations
- Proven background in agricultural or commercial lending, including knowledge of security documentation and loan covenants
- Understanding of legal documentation and compliance standards in banking
- Experience managing distributed teams in a hybrid environment is highly valued
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is an asset
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an advantage
