About the Role

As Manager, Loan Fulfillment, you will oversee a regionally dispersed team responsible for the accurate and timely administration of loan services. Your leadership will ensure consistent, high-quality support across the loan lifecycle, aligning with organizational goals and service standards.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily operations and guide a team focused on loan maintenance and processing efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, standardization, and process redesign
  • Monitor performance metrics including turnaround times, quality outcomes, and service levels
  • Partner with credit, legal, and relationship teams to resolve complex fulfillment challenges
  • Support system and process enhancements to improve accuracy and customer experience
  • Develop team members through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks

Requirements

  • University degree in business, administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of four years of experience in financial services, with a focus on lending operations
  • Proven background in agricultural or commercial lending, including knowledge of security documentation and loan covenants
  • Understanding of legal documentation and compliance standards in banking
  • Experience managing distributed teams in a hybrid environment is highly valued
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is an asset
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered an advantage
