We are looking for a Manager, Integrated Risk Analytics to join our friendly and supportive team. This role provides strong support to senior management in evaluating and reporting portfolio risk, delivering strategic and data-driven insights on key risk indicators. You will closely collaborate with local teams, head office, other functional risk teams, finance, and business units.
What You'll Do
- Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of the bank's credit portfolios and characteristics.
- Co-ordinate with relevant risk teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports for local and group risk management committees.
- Manage regulatory deliverables (e.g., HKMA Prudential interview, MAS Craft) and co-ordinate with relevant risk teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Improve efficiency through streamlining of workflow and building greater degree of automation.
- Work with Head Office and relevant risk teams to enhance reporting packs, and support the rollout of new reporting tools, projects and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2 or more years of experience in management reporting, business performance analysis, risk management or financial reporting.
- Basic knowledge of banking business, products, and management reporting work.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and attention to details.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel for reporting and deep dive analyses.
- Proficient in the use of MS PowerPoint for management reporting e.g., plotting of graphs, charting.
- An achiever with a growth mindset equipped with a positive work attitude and the right values i.e., LIFFR.
- Eager to contribute to the team and organization and to help drive positive results.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge in the use of data analytical tools such as Qlikview or PowerBI would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge in the use of simple SQL queries to extract data from databases, or the use of Python would be an advantage.
