Deloitte is hiring a Manager in Advisory – Risk & Regulatory to join our Risk, Regulatory & Forensic practice. In this role, you will support leading financial institutions across the Central Europe region in navigating complex supervisory expectations by designing and implementing risk frameworks, regulatory solutions, and remediation programs.

What You'll Do

• Work on advisory projects spanning risk management, regulatory compliance, risk governance, and enterprise-wide risk frameworks.
• Assess and enhance clients’ risk operating models, including strategic risk oversight, governance structures, and control frameworks.
• Translate regulatory requirements from bodies like the ECB, EBA, local regulators, and DORA into actionable programs.
• Execute risk assessments, RCSAs, KRI frameworks, operational resilience, and incident management processes.
• Support regulatory remediation, supervisory interactions, and the preparation of documentation for inspections.
• Lead complex, high-visibility projects across the wider Central Europe region.
• Take on increasing responsibility for client relationships, people leadership, and market development.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, or advisory within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks from institutions such as the ECB, EBA, and DORA.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement risk operating models and control frameworks.
• Experience executing risk assessments, RCSAs, and operational resilience programs.
• Track record of leading projects and managing client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in senior management and board-level discussions.
• Leadership capability and a commitment to developing teams.
