About the Role

Jobgether is looking for a Manager, Field Marketing to serve as a key driver of local marketing initiatives, working closely with franchisees, territory operators, agencies, and internal teams. You will build effective strategies that fuel same-store sales growth and enhance customer engagement, ensuring alignment with national strategies while tailoring initiatives to meet regional needs.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing local marketing plans aligned with national brand strategy.
  • Establish and manage marketing budgets, media plans, and agency partnerships, ensuring effective performance and compliance.
  • Provide marketing leadership and guidance to franchisees, operators, and agencies, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee approval processes for creative and marketing materials to ensure proper trademark usage.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to align strategies with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Create tools, programs, and best practices that support local promotions and maximize participation in national initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on market performance, sharing insights with stakeholders to improve campaigns.
  • Support franchisee fundraising programs, new store openings, and key regional events.
  • Present strategies, results, and recommendations at leadership meetings, workshops, and conferences.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, including advertising campaign development and media plan management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills across diverse audiences.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to design and execute innovative marketing solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25–30% to meet with franchisees, operators, and attend required meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets insurance requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with or within a franchisor organization.
  • QSR industry experience.

This is an individual contributor role working closely with franchisees, territory operators, agencies, and internal teams.

  • Compensation range of $84,270–$103,231 with eligibility for performance-based bonus.
