The Alzheimer’s Association is looking for a Manager of Field Marketing and Communications to provide tactical marketing and communications support across the full Southeast Territory. You will develop and execute a wide range of materials and strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, and participation for mission and fundraising priorities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and produce marketing and communications tools and templates to support local staff across the territory.
- Create and manage content for newsletters, email marketing, website updates, and social media channels.
- Design and distribute internal communications materials for staff and volunteers.
- Support the development of digital campaigns, including copywriting, scheduling, posting, and monitoring performance.
- Assist with creative development and production of promotional materials, collateral, event signage, and advertising assets.
- Maintain and update regional web pages for content accuracy and brand alignment.
- Provide logistical and creative support for regional storytelling and media outreach.
- Collaborate with regional and national MarComm colleagues to adapt and share content and best practices.
- Track and report on key digital metrics such as email open rates, web traffic, and social engagement.
- Recruit, coach, and collaborate with volunteer leaders to extend marketing reach and strengthen community engagement.
- Ensure all communications uphold the Association’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
- Demonstrated success in content creation, digital marketing, and project coordination.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Experience managing social media platforms and email marketing tools such as Sprout, Hootsuite, Constant Contact, or Mailchimp.
- Familiarity with web content management systems and basic graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Creative storytelling abilities with strong digital and visual communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in managing competing priorities.
- Collaborative team player with a service-oriented mindset.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally as needed.

Work Mode
This is a local-city role with open positions in Atlanta, Georgia and Tampa or Orlando, Florida.
