F5 is hiring a Manager, Digital Sales to drive digital sales strategies and lead a high-performing early-career sales team. This individual will be responsible for hunting for new customers and expanding F5's footprint within existing accounts, with an emphasis on selling emerging technologies. This is a quota-carrying role with direct accountability for achieving revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Be directly responsible for achieving an annual revenue target.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quota attainment, drive opportunities further in the sales cycle, and create pipeline.
- Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a team of digital sales professionals with a strong emphasis on coaching.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular meetings to review results.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them.
- Drive initiatives to maximize conversion rates and increase average deal size, focused on F5’s emerging technologies and new logo acquisition.
- Cultivate key relationships with internal departments including Partners, Channel, Finance, Marketing, Field Sales, and Sales Operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and technical developments to inform selling strategies.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $85,400.00 - $128,200.00
