Care Access is looking for a Manager, Community Engagement to lead community-facing strategy and operations that advance study recruitment and equitable community outcomes. This leadership role within the Community Engagement Department focuses on execution, partnership health, and team management.
What You'll Do
- Plan, operationalize, and manage community engagement initiatives from strategy through execution and evaluation.
- Own metrics for engagement, pipeline velocity, and partner quality; translate outcomes into operational improvements with department leadership.
- Supervise, mentor, and operationally support a small cohort of Community Engagement Partners or Community Clinical Research Educators, setting performance expectations and conducting regular 1:1s.
- Oversee staffing, materials, logistics, and field operations to ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality community events and screenings across multiple geographies.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication with internal teams to avoid silos and misalignment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of team resources, tools, and key operational procedures.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, logistics, or event coordination.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent professional experience is accepted.

This is a leadership role within the Community Engagement Department, with a typical span of 1–6 FTEs (Community Engagement Partners or Community Clinical Research Educators).

- Annual compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 USD
