Responsibilities
- Own digital revenue targets by DSP and by artist
- Drive commercial success and market share growth of the artist roster in the Southern Cone region
- Lead strategic negotiations with DSPs for high-impact campaigns including home takeovers, platform exclusives, and co-created partner initiatives
- Act as the primary lead for DSP relationships with Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Amazon, TikTok, and Claro Música
- Lead listenings and priority pitches for local, regional, and Anglo products
- Use streaming analytics to define release priorities, optimize marketing spend, and identify incremental growth opportunities
- Lead strategy for physical products including special editions, bundles, and retail activations
- Manage relationships with production and commercial partners for physical products
- Manage monthly Discovery Mode strategy and quarterly catalog roadmaps to drive incremental revenue from 'fresh catalogue' and off-roster assets
- Supervise operational team in daily tasks such as pitching, metadata management, Pre-saves, and Linkfire
- Align with A&R, Label Managers, and Artist stakeholders to ensure flawless execution
