Capgemini is hiring a Manager to act as a digital transformation leader and subject matter expert within Industrial Manufacturing and Metal Mining Engineering and Plant Operations. In this role, you will lead teams, develop strategic digital offerings, and drive business generation for Capgemini Invent, blending strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to deliver solutions.
What You'll Do
- Act as a digital transformation leader and SME in Industrial Manufacturing and Metal Mining Engineering and Plant Operations.
- Build and manage a team of consultants ready for deployment on assignments.
- Develop digital offers, go-to-market strategies, and identify key technology solutions and partnerships.
- Present business cases to global OEMs, industry players, and customers, considering business objectives and ROI.
- Work with sales teams, customers, and stakeholders to generate business for Capgemini Invent.
- Lead engagements in areas like digital continuity, engineering transformation, and model-based systems engineering.
- Articulate Points of View on industry topics and propose future trends to promote thought leadership and branding.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of work experience in consulting plus Industrial sectors, with emphasis on Engineering and Plant Operations consulting.
- Project Management experience and Business Consulting experience.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to innovative IT/Product design & development techniques such as MBSE (Model-based systems engineering), Agile/SAFe.
- Ability to leverage industry 4.0 technologies (such as IOT, cloud, AR/VR, Automation, Digital Twin, blockchain, RFID) for creating customized offerings.
