Desjardins Group is hiring a Manager to lead a large subset of sales, operations, or a specialized support function. In this role, you will administer the group's service offer, develop and implement its business plan, and oversee activities aligned with the administrative department's strategic directions.
What You'll Do
- Support your immediate supervisor with work organization, operational planning, and special initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and track the unit's action plan, ensuring alignment with strategic orientations and other units.
- Establish management and communication practices that support change, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity.
- Define and implement activities related to unit services, managing entrusted projects to maximize business results and ensure member and client satisfaction.
- Support the administrative unit's action plan by successfully managing individual and team performance.
- Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility.
- Promote Desjardins Group's cooperative values.
- Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of nine years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of French is required.
- Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of duties, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients.
