APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, invites you to join its Management Development Program. This structured 12-24 month training program prepares recruits for a rewarding career and a potential leadership role within Oldcastle APG. Trainees will develop a broad skill set across personnel, finance, sales, and daily operations under the guidance of an executive mentor.
What You'll Do
- Rotate through various departments to build hands-on operational knowledge.
- Learn production activities, manufacturing processes, safety, and quality programs.
- Gain exposure to business development and customer service functions.
- Work with an assigned executive mentor to guide your professional growth.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction, Engineering, or equivalent work or Military experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for training purposes.
- Must be relocatable for advancement opportunities.

- Experience within the construction, building materials, or a related industry.
