Claros is seeking a dedicated Maintenance & Laboratory Associate to join our team. This role involves managing shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining a clean and organized laboratory, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked, and traveling between multiple job sites as needed.
What You'll Do
- Perform all shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks, packing shipments, coordinating pickups/deliveries, and preparing required documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment by sweeping, organizing materials, emptying trash, and assisting with glassware cleaning.
- Ensure laboratory and office supplies are adequately stocked by monitoring supply levels and coordinating replenishments.
- Travel between multiple job sites as required to support operations.
- Ensure products are stored properly for easy access and safe handling.
- Operate equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform general facilities maintenance and repair tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve problems and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Follow company policies and always adhere to safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to travel between job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills for communication, ordering of supplies, and completing documentation.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation (e.g., forklifts and pallet jacks).

Work Mode
