Halliburton is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to manage internal and external resources and coordinate activities for maintaining our equipment. In this role, you will be accountable for the service quality and safety of maintenance operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage internal and external resources, organizing their activities for equipment maintenance.
- Directly manage shop activities and remote locations to meet maintenance strategies and ensure technical completion of work.
- Execute plans for efficient use of staff, real estate, and equipment to meet asset availability and reliability requirements.
- Ensure adherence to HMS and service quality delivery, identifying gaps in training, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with internal customers and other functions to ensure efficient exchange of information and services.
- Ensure adherence to, and accurate maintenance and input of, data into Halliburton's system of record.
- Contribute directly to internal value creation through cost management.
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Five years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance operations.
Nice to Have
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in STEM and/or a technical certificate.
- Three years of lead or supervisory experience.
