Requirements
- Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent practical experience in a technical discipline
- Minimum of three years developing machine learning systems for production environments
- Proficient in Python with strong working knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals such as modular architecture and continuous integration or deployment
- Practical experience implementing MLOps methodologies and managing full lifecycle machine learning pipelines
- Capable of working directly with data scientists to enhance technical capabilities and transition models into scalable solutions
- Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and effective problem-solving abilities
- History of contributing to reusable platforms, internal frameworks, or standardized templates
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Hands-on experience using Databricks or Azure Machine Learning
- Background working in Agile environments within multidisciplinary teams
