About the Role

ASMALLWORLD is hiring a Luxury Travel Support Executive to provide crucial operational support within our Bespoke Travel division. You will partner with Travel Designers to ensure every luxury itinerary runs smoothly from the planning stages through the client's return, executing with precision in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support Travel Designers by managing booking confirmations, supplier communications, documentation, and itinerary accuracy.
  • Communicate directly with travel advisors and clients to assist with pre- and post-booking requests, travel changes, and concierge-level service needs.
  • Liaise with high-end partners including luxury hotels, DMCs, airlines, and ground transport providers.
  • Monitor ongoing trips and proactively address any issues, changes, or emergencies.
  • Load and maintain Supplier records in the company’s internal booking system.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records in CRM and booking systems.
  • Assist the VP-Travel as and when required.
  • Uphold the brand's reputation by consistently delivering polished, discreet, and timely service.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge service industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a remote work setting.
  • Deep appreciation for and knowledge of luxury travel standards and destinations.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global team across time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g. Galileo/Travelport, Sabre) and travel CRM tools (e.g. Sugati) is a strong advantage.
  • Additional languages are a plus.

Team & Environment
