Join Testronic's Localization Quality Assurance department as an LQA Game Tester with Canadian French. You'll be responsible for ensuring the linguistic and cultural quality of games, finding and correcting errors, and contributing to the polish of upcoming titles.
What You'll Do
- Find and correct any translation errors, spelling mistakes, and ambiguities.
- Check the game’s tone and style, audio, text, and cultural correctness.
- Create detailed reports in Excel and Jira.
- Submit quality-improving suggestions for the errors you find.
What We're Looking For
- Canadian French at a C2 level or native proficiency.
- English at a C1 level to ensure internal communication and reporting.
- Perfect knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation of your language.
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Great communication skills allowing you to express yourself precisely and clearly.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure of time.
Nice to Have
- Passion for gaming and curiosity for new titles (all types of games count!).
- Experience in game testing, translation, or linguistic game testing.
- Familiarity with platforms like Sony (PS4/PS5), Microsoft (PC, Xbox One/XSX/XSS), Nintendo (Switch), Apple (iOS).
