Side (formerly PTW) is looking for a freelance LQA Game Tester (Ukrainian) to join our Localization Quality Assurance team. You will be the first to see the localized game in its entirety, ensuring it is free from grammatical errors and cultural inconsistencies, and accurately adapted into Ukrainian. Help us bring stories to the world!
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with a global project team.
- Identify and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and other language errors.
- Ensure adherence to console manufacturer guidelines.
- Log details of errors and issues, providing improvement suggestions.
- Ensure accurate translation within context and maintain consistency in terminology and imagery.
- Identify missing or incorrect content and ensure proper display/format of dates, calendars, and characters.
- Write reports on errors and bugs found and perform ad hoc translation.
- Oversee the quality of your work, collaborate with the team, and contribute to the overall success of projects.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Ukrainian.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
- Strong cultural understanding of Ukraine.
- Computer literacy, particularly with Excel.
- Robust Internet research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience with using different software, applications, and websites.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and collaborate within project teams.
- Candidate must be located within Europe (Schengen Area).

Work Mode
