Honeywell is hiring a Logistics Principal to serve as the subject matter expert for the end-to-end logistics operations at Intelligrated Headquarters, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations and provide a competitive edge.
What You'll Do
- Act as the subject matter expert in managing and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations.
- Develop and execute logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement to delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
- Optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to minimize costs while meeting delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to establish strong partnerships and streamline operations.
- Streamline logistics operations, manage inventory effectively, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Facilitate Physical Inventory for IGS WHSE locations.
- Create and drive metrics management across IGS logistics processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in Logistics and Warehousing.
- 8 years of experience using complex data to forecast demand, identify trends, predict risks, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- 8 years of experience using Oracle ERP at an advanced level.
- 8 years of experience managing and optimizing warehouse operations through software, including tracking inventory levels, optimizing storage and space utilization, and overseeing picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- 8 years of experience implementing Structured Query Language (SQL) used within Oracle Database systems.
- 8 years of experience with Transportation management systems (TMS) and optimization, including optimizing freight routes.
- 8 years of experience managing projects related to process improvements or warehouse layout changes.
- 8 years of expertise in tracking stock levels, managing storage, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- 8 years of experience planning and coordinating the efficient movement of materials and products.
- 8 years of experience with IT ERP Business Implementation.
- Up to 25% domestic travel required.
- Telecommuting permitted.
