1840 & Company is looking for a Logistics Customer Support specialist to provide excellent support for our logistics operations. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary support contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all support interactions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably within logistics or supply chain
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
Work Mode
This is a remote position based in Mexico City, Ciudad De México. You must be located in this area to be eligible.
