RemoteVA PH is hiring a Logistics Customer Service Representative to act as the vital link between clients and warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring orders are processed, routed, and shipped on time while keeping clients informed and supported from your home office.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate routing to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners in compliance with client-specific requirements.
- Track orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proactively address delays or discrepancies.
- Schedule carrier pickups, submit routing requests, and follow up on shipments.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage returns, cancellations, and other exceptions while keeping clients updated.
What We're Looking For
- Experience coordinating routing with wholesalers.
Nice to Have
- Experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environments.
Technical Stack
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Extensiv or similar WMS
- Microsoft Office Suite
