Vorwerk is looking for a Logistics Assistant to coordinate and control the daily execution of transport services, both locally and internationally. Your role is key to ensuring quality and excellence in service for our internal and external customers.
What You'll Do
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily transport operations for internal and external clients.
- Manage daily incidents in the Transport area, acting preventively and correctively on delays, breakdowns, damages, and documentation discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze the service level of logistics partners, including the cost of services provided, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Maintain a control system for shipping/transport records and reports, as well as schedules/plans and costs.
- Coordinate with the logistics warehouse regarding the storage, availability, and distribution of products according to needs.
- Ensure the daily dispatch of a transport service plan to the respective logistics partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Warehouse, and Logistics/Operations teams to ensure process and information fluidity.
What We're Looking For
- Completed 12th year of schooling.
- Over 3 years of professional experience in Logistics functions.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of English (oral and written).
- Good oral and written communication skills.
