What You'll Do
Monitor drilling and well parameters in real time to support safe and efficient operations across Saudi Arabia. Ensure accurate capture and storage of both surface and down-hole data, maintaining integrity within company databases and delivering required reports on schedule.
Take part in managing key phases of job cycles to improve service execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Guide less experienced engineers by helping shape training methods and operational workflows that build technical capability.
Offer technical expertise for designated products and software used in drilling and formation evaluation. Follow all health, safety, and compliance protocols in line with company standards, ensuring every action aligns with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or Earth Sciences
- At least three years of field experience in Drilling Services
- Proven understanding of down-hole tools, drilling mechanics, and evaluation technologies
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts within a 24/7 operational model
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, process-driven approach
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with the company is considered an advantage.
Technical Stack
Proficiency in LWD product systems and related software platforms for drilling and subsurface analysis is essential.
