Gate is looking for a Localization Specialist/Translator with a focus on Brazilian Portuguese for the Latin American market. You will be responsible for ensuring our products and communications resonate accurately and culturally with our target audience.
What You'll Do
- Translate and localize content from English to Portuguese for Latin America.
- Adapt marketing materials, user interfaces, and technical documentation.
- Maintain linguistic consistency and brand voice across all Portuguese-language assets.
- Perform quality assurance checks on localized content.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to understand context and requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in a professional translation or localization role.
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances and linguistic preferences in Latin American markets.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
