- Prepare closing packages for disbursement
- Confirm receipt of required collateral documentation
- Maintain accurate records in loan management systems
- Communicate with title companies and attorneys as needed
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Identify and escalate potential risks in loan files
- Support audit preparation with complete and organized files
- Assist in process improvements for closing efficiency
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Monitor post-closing requirements and follow up as needed
