APAC Mississippi, Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Loader Operator to manage material flow and ensure product integrity. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the safe loading and unloading of materials, organizing inventory, and supporting plant operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the special bundling area to create and build bundles of pipe for unique shipments.
- Read and follow Bill of Ladings to load flatbed trailers of finished pipe for customer transport securely.
- Verify other employees' loading bills for accuracy before dispatch and take photos of loads for verification.
- Move finished goods from the production transfer area out into the Shipping Yard.
- Organize and rotate stock placed in the yard.
- Receive and unload raw material via van or flatbed loads in a time-sensitive manner.
- Unload warehouse transfers of finished goods from flatbed trailers and place them in yard inventory.
- Participate on a team during Year End Inventory to accurately count and report all pipe in stock.
- Take on other assigned responsibilities as needed on a temporary or permanent basis.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in warehousing.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.
- Ability to perform basic math skills accurately.
- Ability to read and write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

This is an onsite position, requiring daily presence at the facility.
