EX Squared is looking for a LMS Administrator / Training Designer to manage our Learning Management System and develop engaging training programs. You will play a key role in supporting our learning initiatives in a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Design, develop, and update training content and curricula
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for the LMS
- Ensure training materials are effective and align with learning objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience administering a Learning Management System
- Strong background in instructional design and training content development
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in North Carolina.
