As a Paid Social Specialist, you'll take ownership of designing and managing paid advertising campaigns across social platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram. Your work will directly influence dealership performance by refining audience targeting, managing ad placements, and ensuring pixel and catalog setups are correctly configured for new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and oversee paid social campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance trends
- Define targeted audience segments to improve ad relevance and conversion potential
- Analyze campaign data regularly to form hypotheses, run tests, and implement optimizations
- Coordinate new ad launches using project management tools to maintain workflow efficiency
- Track store-level performance against KPIs and deliver timely, customized reporting
- Support the creation and automation of performance scorecards for ongoing insights
- Manage Facebook Business Manager assets, including access, pixels, and catalog configurations
Qualifications
You bring strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is essential, along with hands-on familiarity with Facebook Business Manager. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
