We are a United States-based nonprofit operating across seven Sub-Saharan African countries. Role Overview Over the next five years, our objective is to support over 4 million children annually across multiple countries, targeting triple the standard literacy and numeracy outcomes of existing national education systems in Africa. We seek a Curriculum & Pedagogy Lead to guide our digital learning approach for grades 1-4 and beyond. The ideal candidate will transform foundational literacy research into engaging, culturally relevant digital learning experiences for first-time readers using low-cost tablets. This role involves translating pedagogical insights into intentional, inclusive, and measurable learning moments, collaborating closely with multiple organizational teams.
