Lago is looking for a Listing Specialist to join our team and ensure quality, accuracy, and optimization across product catalogs on the Amazon platform.
What You'll Do
- Ensure optimized product listings with accurate descriptions and images for assigned clients.
- Upload and maintain all product details on Amazon, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Ensure all product listings are complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Proactively identify issues within the catalog, such as missing information or incorrect attributes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve listing issues promptly.
- Identify and propose strategies to minimize listing errors and maintain high listing quality.
- Generate regular reports on listing status, issues, and performance metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for catalog improvements and growth strategies.
- Stay updated with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Maintain or exceed department-established performance standards.
- Continue to learn and apply department Trainual subjects according to standards.
What We're Looking For
- Up to one (1) year of listing experience within the Amazon platform or related role.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of managing, updating, and optimizing Amazon listings.
- Detail-oriented, ideally with professional experience in quality assurance, data entry, or compliance-focused roles.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel and Google Sheets).
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Experience as an Amazon Seller.
