About the Role

Caris Life Sciences is looking for a Liquid Product Manager to join our Texas (Southwest) team. This role is pivotal in transforming cancer care through innovation and purpose. You will collaborate across the organization to support all stages of liquid product development and commercialization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, clinically impactful offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a product roadmap for your assigned geography from concept to commercial adoption.
  • Deliver the operating plan to achieve growth objectives.
  • Identify and collaborate on strategies tailored to specific customer and company needs.
  • Collaborate across business units on end-to-end go-to-market strategies for products and services.
  • Engage in a consultative role with client partners on technology-based solutions.
  • Provide business solutions to large hospital systems, GPO/IDNs, and laboratory professionals.
  • Analyze business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for your geography.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the Liquid Product market.
  • Develop and maintain core knowledge of competitive products, services, technology solutions, and reimbursement issues in Liquid oncology.
  • Provide necessary post-sales service to accounts and pursue additional business.
  • Submit all required administrative reports, business plans, expense reports, and CRM updates.
  • Meet all assigned targets and goals set by management.
  • Provide meeting and trade show support as required.
  • Support physicians with the complexity of ordering and interpreting the Caris Liquid product platform.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 5-7 years of experience within molecular diagnostics or a relevant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics, surgical oncology intervention, and molecular laboratory science.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance meeting company requirements.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and spend 75% of your time in the field meeting with clients.
  • Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process, including a criminal background check, drug screening, and reference verification.

Nice to Have

  • MBA.
  • 5 - 7+ years of successful diagnostic sales experience (product and service).
  • A working knowledge of oncology biomarkers and associated drug response.
