JUPUS GmbH is looking for a Customer Growth Manager (m/w/d) to ensure our existing clients derive maximum value from our Legal Tech platform. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing long-term customer value by optimizing usage, preventing churn, and identifying expansion opportunities within our fast-growing startup environment.
What You'll Do
- Act as the central point of contact for existing customers, ensuring they integrate the JUPUS platform optimally into their daily workflow.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customers to use the platform more effectively and support them in discovering additional features and individual solutions.
- Work to prevent cancellations by advising customers early and offering solutions to potential challenges.
- Conduct strategic conversations to maximize the individual business value for each law firm client.
- Analyze customer behavior and health scores to develop data-driven measures for retention and expansion.
- Work closely with product, sales, and support teams to incorporate customer feedback into the platform's further development.
- Conduct targeted winback conversations with customers who have cancelled and work actively on their recovery.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer communication skills: empathetic, persuasive, and skilled at building long-term relationships.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to demonstrate value, recognize upsell opportunities, and implement them proactively.
- 1-2 years of experience in a comparable Customer Growth, Retention & Expansion role.
- Strategic thinking: ability to understand customer needs, recognize patterns, and develop sustainable solutions for long-term platform use.
- Initiative and ownership: proactive, seeks solutions independently, and actively drives customer success.
- A data-driven approach, using analyses and KPIs to make informed decisions for customer strategy.
- Startup mentality: comfort with a dynamic environment, a hands-on attitude, and a desire to make a real impact.
- Fluent German in both speech and writing.
