BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is hiring a Link Care Coordinator

7133 Liberator Medical Supply, Inc. is hiring a Link Care Coordinator to develop long-term relationships with patients, enrolling them in the Link program or referring them to a participating provider. You will be the critical communication link between the Territory Manager, Physician Office, and Patient, ensuring smooth enrollment and timely documentation.

What You'll Do

• Articulate the features and benefits of the Home Care product line for Urology and ancillary urology product lines.
• Complete initial intake and follow-up calls with patients, identifying and resolving concerns.
• Coordinate communication and documentation with patients, Territory Managers, and Physician offices.
• Maintain departmental call volume requirements for inbound and outbound calls.
• Uphold BD Home Care's philosophy of professional excellence, teamwork, and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Access, or other database software.
• Ability to learn and utilize call center telecommunications software.
• Knowledge of medical supply publications, technical procedures, and training tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with customers and colleagues.
