COFARSA is hiring a Line Lead to manage an assigned product portfolio throughout its complete commercial lifecycle. You will be the primary owner and manager for your product line, ensuring its success from strategy to market.
What You'll Do
- Act as the key owner and manager for an assigned product line.
- Oversee the entire commercial cycle for your portfolio of products.
- Develop and execute strategies for the products under your responsibility.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of overall work experience in marketing or commercial roles.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of products or services.
Nice to Have
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing.
- At least 1 year of specific experience in commercial product or service management within the mass market, banking, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Canva.
Technical Stack
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Work Mode
This position is onsite and located at the Central Office in La Paz.
