Blend360 is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Product Planner to play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of lifecycle trigger communications and portfolio engagement programs for a Fortune 100 financial services client. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure on-time execution of initiatives that improve customer engagement and retention.
What You'll Do
- Support strategy, planning, and execution needs related to credit card engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to implement and deploy lifecycle triggers.
- Assist with the creation, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel trigger communications.
- Manage project timelines and help ensure creative deliverables are aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate coordination across multiple stakeholders, including marketing, product, and tech.
- Apply business analysis skills to identify opportunities and optimize communication strategies.
- Operate in a pod-based Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and reporting.
- Monitor progress and identify issues or blockers, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery.
- Help drive continuous improvement efforts by questioning the status quo and proposing enhancements.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across documentation, planning tools, and dashboards.
