About the Role
This role focuses on designing and executing marketing strategies that guide users through key stages of engagement with an invoicing product. The manager will develop targeted communications, optimize onboarding flows, and implement retention initiatives to increase product adoption and reduce churn.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns tailored to user behavior and milestones
- Create onboarding sequences that improve early product engagement
- Design retention and re-engagement campaigns for inactive users
- Use customer data to segment audiences and personalize messaging
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing with feature rollouts
- Track and report on KPIs such as conversion rates, churn, and customer lifetime value
- Optimize email, in-app, and push notification content for performance
- Work with analytics teams to build dashboards and interpret user behavior
- Support customer journey mapping to identify key engagement opportunities
- Coordinate with customer success to improve handoffs and adoption support
- Test subject lines, CTAs, and messaging frameworks through A/B testing
- Ensure brand and voice consistency across all lifecycle touchpoints
- Manage campaign calendars and execution timelines
- Evaluate third-party tools for automation and personalization capabilities
- Stay current with industry trends in SaaS marketing and customer retention
