About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating project outputs to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications. This includes conducting audits, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions to maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of technical and administrative documentation
- Verify accuracy and completeness of project data submissions
- Perform quality audits across multiple project phases
- Identify deviations from established procedures and standards
- Document findings and track resolution of identified issues
- Collaborate with project teams to improve quality processes
- Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements
- Support the development of quality control checklists and tools
- Monitor corrective action plans for effectiveness
- Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities
- Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Evaluate process workflows for potential improvements
- Ensure consistency with agency-specific regulatory guidelines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Facilitate communication between technical staff and management
- Track key performance indicators related to quality metrics
- Conduct training sessions on quality standards as needed
- Review contract deliverables prior to client submission
- Support compliance with ISO or equivalent quality frameworks
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Nice to Have
- Certification in quality management, such as CQA or CQE
- Experience with electronic quality management systems
- Familiarity with DoD or civilian agency contracting requirements
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
- Training experience in quality assurance principles
