About the Role
The Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for turning raw data into meaningful insights that guide product strategy. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams to measure performance, test new features, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage and performance data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key product metrics
- Collaborate with product managers to define success criteria for new features
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Support A/B testing design and interpretation of results
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and availability
- Identify gaps in current data collection and recommend improvements
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior and feature adoption
- Assist in roadmap planning by providing data-driven recommendations
- Monitor customer feedback and correlate with quantitative findings
- Create reports for executive leadership on product performance
- Partner with marketing to assess product-led growth initiatives
- Evaluate user retention and churn using cohort analysis
- Maintain documentation for data models and metric definitions
- Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are followed
- Use statistical methods to validate product hypotheses
- Present findings to cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability
- Stay updated on industry trends in product analytics
- Contribute to improving internal analytics processes
- Support onboarding of new team members to analytics tools
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve root causes
- Align KPIs across teams to ensure consistent measurement
- Assist in defining product analytics strategy
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement
