About the Role
The ideal candidate will own the planning, execution, and analysis of lifecycle marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable impact on user behavior and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies targeting key user milestones
- Design and manage automated email and in-app messaging sequences
- Segment audiences based on behavioral and demographic data
- Collaborate with data analysts to track campaign performance and user conversion paths
- Optimize messaging for conversion, retention, and re-engagement
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine content, timing, and delivery methods
- Work closely with product teams to align on user onboarding and feature adoption
- Monitor key performance indicators including open rates, click-through rates, and churn metrics
- Use CRM tools to manage and scale personalized communication flows
- Translate customer insights into targeted lifecycle campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all lifecycle touchpoints
- Manage calendar of lifecycle campaigns and coordinate launch timelines
- Evaluate new marketing technologies to improve automation and targeting
- Support the creation of lifecycle playbooks for different user segments
- Report on campaign ROI and provide actionable recommendations
- Stay current with industry trends in behavioral marketing and automation platforms
