Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess insurance needs
- Explain life insurance policy types and coverage options clearly
- Assist clients in choosing plans that match their financial goals
- Collect and verify client information for accurate policy placement
- Follow up with clients to ensure enrollment is completed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available insurance products
- Address client questions about premiums, benefits, and exclusions
- Support clients through underwriting and medical questionnaire processes
- Ensure compliance with state-specific insurance regulations
- Document client interactions and update records promptly
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to resolve application issues
- Provide status updates on pending policy approvals
- Identify opportunities to expand client coverage based on life changes
- Escalate complex cases to senior advisors when necessary
- Participate in regular training on product updates and compliance
Nice to Have
- Hold additional licenses such as health or annuities
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Background in financial planning or risk assessment
- Prior remote work experience in insurance services
- Bilingual communication skills
