Banks Valuation is looking for a Licensed/Certified Residential Appraiser to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This position involves completing credible valuations for residential properties, with a 90-day evaluation period. High-performing appraisers in select markets may be considered for transition to limited salaried staff roles with benefits.

Work Mode
This is a local, city-based role. We are seeking appraisers in the following Tennessee locations: Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Clarksville.
