Brave Health is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team as a full-time Associate Therapist. In this role, you will provide critical outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program. You'll be part of an organization deeply committed to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care and ensuring no one is left behind.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program
- Work in direct partnership with clients to achieve their treatment goals
- Utilize comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
What We're Looking For
- A Master's level degree in Social Work and current LSW licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- A dedicated, private work-from-home space to ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance
- Fluency in English
- Ability to meet all background and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proficiency in other languages
