Anduril Industries is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide remote mental health therapy to children, teens, and young adults across Georgia via telehealth. You will join a mission-driven team focused on re-imagining care and use your clinical expertise to conduct intakes, assessments, and create client-driven treatment plans.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via a secure telehealth platform
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and develop client-driven treatment plans
- Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and a supervisory team
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical notes in the EHR system
- Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
- Target 15-36 billable sessions per week
What We're Looking For
- Must hold an active Georgia license: LPC, LCSW, LPC-Associate, or LMSW
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
Nice to Have
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish

Work Mode
