Brave Health is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) to provide outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program. You will work remotely with patients across the lifespan, with a focus on expanding access to compassionate, high-quality care for Medicaid and Medicare populations.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient mental health services through telehealth.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in partnership with clients.
- Utilize comprehensive assessments for mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
What We're Looking For
- Master's level degree and licensure.
- For LMHC and LMFT candidates: must have Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D).
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes.
- Fluency in English.
- Meets background/regulatory requirements.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in other languages a plus.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $80K - $89K
- W2, Full-time position with compensation package including base salary plus bonus.
- Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends. Shift options include 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm EST.
