Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Vermont-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to deliver clinical care through a telehealth model. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on relationship dynamics, communication, and navigating life transitions within a structured clinical framework.
What You'll Do
- Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families via telehealth
- Evaluate relational patterns and client treatment needs
- Create and adapt treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain clear, compliant session documentation
- Adhere to Vermont LMFT scope of practice and telehealth regulations
What We're Looking For
- Active Vermont LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field
- Demonstrated experience providing relational or family-based therapy
- Proficiency and comfort delivering care in a fully remote, telehealth environment
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range of $115,000 – $120,000
- 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO)
