Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time position that combines direct client care with quality oversight. You will provide telehealth therapy while helping ensure treatment approaches are consistent and effective.
What You'll Do
- Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
- Review documentation for accuracy and clarity
- Participate in clinical discussions and case planning
- Ensure services align with licensing and ethical standards
- Support overall care quality initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Active Arkansas LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline
- 2+ years of post-licensure experience
- Experience with remote therapy delivery
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently

- Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
