Brave Health is hiring a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT) to join our mission of transforming lives by expanding access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care. In this full-time, remote role, you will provide outpatient services through our telehealth program, focusing on delivering vital treatment to Medicaid and Medicare populations.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth.
- Work in partnership with clients to achieve their treatment goals.
- Utilize comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses.
What We're Looking For
- Master's level degree and active, unrestricted licensure.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- A private, secure work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to meet all background and regulatory requirements.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in other languages.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $74k-$81k base salary plus bonus.
