Provide compassionate, trauma-informed behavioral health services to cancer survivors through a fully remote platform. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will perform in-depth biopsychosocial assessments to understand each patient’s unique challenges, strengths, and personal goals. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, you’ll deliver individualized counseling that supports emotional well-being and resilience throughout the cancer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing biopsychosocial evaluations to inform care planning
- Deliver clinical therapy tailored to patient needs, including psychoeducation and coping strategies
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to develop coordinated, patient-centered care plans
- Guide patients and families in navigating resources and understanding treatment impacts
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
- Adhere to privacy standards under HIPAA and HITECH regulations
Qualifications
Candidates must hold an MSW from an accredited institution and maintain active LCSW licensure in at least one U.S. state. A minimum of five years of clinical experience supporting individuals affected by cancer is required. You should be comfortable delivering care via telehealth, possess strong communication abilities, and be able to work independently in a secure, private environment with reliable technology.
Preference will be given to those with the Oncology Social Work Certification (OSW-C). Familiarity with G-Suite, EMR systems, VOIP platforms, and experience with AdvancedMD are considered assets.

This is a 100% virtual position with flexible scheduling, including evening availability based on patient needs and location. Compensation & Benefits
