About the Role

LHH is seeking a Head of Sales Europe to drive growth across verticals for the UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain. You will lead a team of Global Account Directors in managing large and global accounts, executing lead generation strategies, and fostering deep client relationships to achieve topline performance and new customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor core partnerships and oversee client relationships, focusing on C-level engagement, account strategy, and growth plans.
  • Foster daily client engagement across geographies and business units to deliver growth and exchange best practices.
  • Analyze sales pipeline across countries and steer improvements through best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to make pricing decisions for countries within the global framework.
  • Partner with Global Account Directors on mutualized account management for large, strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with LHH Country Presidents in UK&I, Germany, and Switzerland to foster global sales strategy.
  • Champion and coordinate cross-selling efforts at the Europe level, developing referral programs and engagement campaigns.
  • Lead monthly operational meetings with GADs, elevating discussions to a P&L focus.
  • Join country and region collaboration meetings to discuss GAD business and overall performance.
  • Grow and lead the Global Account Directors team across Europe, UK, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and build trusted relationships across the organization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Maintain strong command of the company's solution portfolio and value proposition.
  • Analyze competitors to refine sales positioning.
  • Lead strategic planning across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons.
  • Lead new business development while strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Craft tailored account and opportunity strategies focused on customer priorities.
  • Utilize CRM tools like SFDC for pipeline management and proactive sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and ensure compliance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop stakeholder mapping and leverage the broader ecosystem.
  • Use data insights to drive and exceed sales targets.
  • Understand financials, pricing strategies, and tools to maximize business outcomes.
  • Engage in value-based negotiations and contract closure.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships across all client levels.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, engaging C-level and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a high-performance mindset.
  • Communicate effectively and adapt style to different audiences and cultures.
  • Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and inclusive leadership.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture aligned with strategic business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within enterprise sales, key account management, or commercial strategy.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L.
  • Demonstrated success in leading global sales organizations and driving revenue growth in complex, high-value B2B environments.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Expertise in consultative sales, strategic account planning, and commercial negotiations.
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across regions and business units.
  • Experience in driving sales transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Any other European language.

Team & Environment

You will lead a team of 7 Global Account Directors and report to the Global Head of Strategic Accounts.
