Level AI is hiring a Technical Account Manager to lead customer delivery and ensure the ongoing technical success of our clients. This role focuses on building strong, trusted relationships and driving product adoption.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end technical delivery and onboarding for new customers
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for clients
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to represent customer needs
- Develop and deliver product training and technical guidance to client teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer)
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and navigating technical support escalations
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
